Quick Calendar View Guide: To-Do List & Grocery List

The To-Do List feature on Everblog Calendar helps you organize tasks, track progress, and manage daily responsibilities efficiently. The Grocery List is integrated into the To-Do List, so all synced shopping items appear alongside your other tasks.

  1. Create a To-Do List
  • On your Everblog Calendar device, tap Add List.
  • Enter a list name to categorize related tasks.
  • Tap Save to create the list.
  1. Add Tasks
  • Tap the list → Add Task.
  • You can add tasks in multiple ways:
    • Manual Entry: Type the task using the on-screen keyboard.
    • Upload Photo/Image: Capture or upload an image to create a task automatically.
    • Voice Input: Use voice commands to add a task quickly.
  • Grocery Items: Any items added in the Grocery List menu automatically sync to the To-Do List.
  1. Manage Tasks
  • Tap a task to mark it complete or incomplete.
  • Edit task details such as name, due date, or assigned profile if needed.
  • Delete tasks by tapping Delete and confirming.
  1. View Completed Tasks
  • Switch to the Completed Tasks view to track finished items.
  • Completed tasks remain accessible for reference and record-keeping.
