How to Cancel a Redeemed Reward

You can cancel a redeemed reward directly on your Everblog Calendar device or in the Everblog App.

On the Calendar device:

1. Tap the completed reward you want to cancel.
2. In the pop-up window, tap Cancel Redemption.
3. After cancellation, the reward will be restored to an unredeemed state. You can redeem it again, and the stars previously used will automatically return to the corresponding profile.

Note: If you don’t see any completed rewards, tap the Show Redeemed button in the top-right corner to display them.

On the mobile app:

1. Open the Everblog App and go to Reward.
2. Tap the redeemed reward you want to cancel.
3. Select Cancel Redemption to restore the reward.
